Immediate length gain of slightly greater than 1 inch due to release of suspensory ligament and insertion of Allograft dermal matrix graft.

Note: Patient wanted incisions to be invisible. Therefore, infrapubic and distal penile incisions were made in natural body creases (penopubic and coronal crease) for maximal concealment.
