Patient underwent removal of lipotransfer fat injections from foreskin and circumcision to correct severe phimosis (inability to retract foreskin) and insertion of Allograft Dermal Matrix Graft (Alloderm®).

RESULT: Virtually normal appearing penis with normal glans (head of penis) and greater than 1 inch wider than what he had after fat injections (lipotransfer fat) after insertion of Allograft Dermal Matrix Graft (Alloderm®).
