Dermal Matrix Grafts (Alloderm®) which are procured
and processed by costly techniques.
The
increased safety, virtual absence of complications, elimination
of the need for "touch up" surgery or revisionary
surgery (often necessary with liposuction/free fat transfer/penis
injection --- that is performed by approximately 90% of other
surgeons), and HIGH patient satisfaction with Allograft
Dermal Matrix Grafts (Alloderm®) justify its use.
I
consider this technique to be the "procedure of choice"
and the state-of-the-art. The result of this procedure is permanent
width gain. The patient has a choice of opting for extra
graft widening for an additional charge.

Initial
consultation is $200 which is applied towards the surgical
fee.
